We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful and spoke English fluently. They even arranged multiple cars for us through their excellent concierge service. The hotel's location was perfect, with shopping, restaurants, parks, a lake. We loved the happy hour at the bar and lounge from 6-8pm, and the spacious room offered a nice view of the surrounding area.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The bed was like sleeping on a fluffy cloud, so incredibly soft and comfortable. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating, always going above and beyond to assist me. The location was perfect, right next to Xintiandi and other important shopping places in downtown. Additionally, the hotel offered free happy hour with snacks and cocktails, which was a great way to unwind after a long day. I also appreciated the well-stocked minibar and the attentive service during breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, with easy access to the metro and all the happening spots at night. It was also conveniently located near the regular attractions. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a free minibar and a great happy hour at the lounge from 6-8pm. The staff provided great service and everyone spoke English. The concierge service was especially helpful, arranging multiple cars for us. the hotel had a friendly atmosphere and the perfect location.

In addition, the transportation options were excellent, with two metro stations close by. this hotel provides a great experience in a great area.
