I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the East Nanjing Rd Metro station. It was also centrally located to Nanjing Road, which was perfect for shopping and dining. The hotel staff were extremely helpful in getting taxis and offering travel advice. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were great. I also appreciated the fact that they accepted MasterCard and provided free internet access.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a 20-minute walk from the Bund and right across Nanjing Rd, a lovely pedestrian mall. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and easily recognizable. The rooms were fantastic in terms of furniture and comfort, and despite being standard rooms, they were quiet. The bathroom was extremely clean with 5-star shower/tub facilities. The beds were great too. The staff were relatively nice and helpful, and most of them spoke and understood English. Free internet access was a bonus, despite the slightly slow speed.
Nothing not to love, everything about this hotel was great.

I had an excellent stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and well-furnished, giving off a brand new feel. The beds were surprisingly large and comfortable. The bathroom was well-equipped with a strong water pressure shower and high-quality towels. The hotel's location was amazing, situated near the East Nanjing metro station. I found it convenient to have quick meetings in the café downstairs, and the service there was exceptional. The hotel's proximity to various attractions, such as restaurants, museums, nightclubs, and the Bund, made it a great choice. The Wi-Fi was also reliable, with VPN included.

Location: The hotel is in the heart of the city, right next to the famous shopping street Nanjing Road.
Transportation: The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station, making it easy to explore the city and get to the airports.
Cleanliness: The bathroom in our room was spotless, with a nice rain fall shower.
Staff: The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke excellent English.

The hotel had a water boiler and tea facilities. The location was amazing, near a metro station and adjacent to a pedestrian shopping street.
There was nothing we didn't like.
