The hotel provides excellent service with their attentive and helpful staff. They go above and beyond to ensure that guests are assisted in every way possible. The cleanliness of the hotel is outstanding, with well-maintained facilities and beautifully decorated entrance areas. The breakfast offered at the hotel is outstanding, with a wide variety of options including delicious French toast and pancakes.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The lobby is spacious and inviting, perfect for meeting with guests or simply waiting. The value for money is excellent, especially compared to prices in the UK. I was pleasantly surprised when I was given a free upgrade upon signing up for a membership. The room was huge and had a lovely view of the surrounding tall buildings. The hotel facilities were of high quality and the staff were extremely polite and courteous. The breakfast options were wonderful, with both Western and Chinese options available. Personally, I loved the French Toast and the pancakes, especially with the maple syrup and Nutella sauces. The location of the hotel is also convenient, with easy access to the Middle Ring Road and the Yan'an Elevated Road, making it easier to explore the central, western, and northern sides of the city. Additionally, it is close to the Hongqiao Hub Mall, providing plenty of shopping and dining options nearby.
Everything was spot on, there were no negative aspects to my stay.

We had a superb experience at this hotel. The executive twin bedroom provided ample space for our business needs, with a dedicated working area and a comfortable couch. It was perfect for conducting conference calls and video conferences, with a professional backdrop and a private lounge available for face-to-face meetings. The bathroom had an open-view concept, but you could easily close it off with glass doors and curtains. The staff was friendly and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was located close to a restaurant street, providing easy access to a variety of international dining options.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel recently and I must say, it was an amazing experience. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The hotel also offered convenient parking for guests. Additionally, the location was perfect, as it was just a short drive from the airport and close to all the main attractions of this city, such as the Bund, Huangpu River.
