We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location in Jing'An district was excellent, as it is directly across from the main subway station in town. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a beautiful and spotless room with a great view. We especially loved the TV in the bathroom mirror! The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff provided exceptional service. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, catering to all tastes. this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, transportation convenience, and location in Jing'An district.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a clean swimming pool, jacuzzi, and steam room. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the metro station. I had an amazing stay at this hotel in central Shanghai. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, just a five-minute walk to the Shanghai Railway Station metro station, making transportation very convenient. The club lounge was a highlight, with plentiful food and drink options, including afternoon tea and evening cocktails. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with a wide range of options, both Western and Eastern. The location was surprisingly convenient, with easy access to the train station and the metro. The staff, especially Flora and Peter at the Club Lounge and the concierge staff, including Miss Fairy and Miss Lynn, were friendly and helpful.
