I had an amazing stay - the hotel staff went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. Leo, Wesley, and the banqueting team were particularly outstanding. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a stunning infinity edge pool on the 41st floor with breathtaking views of the city skyline. The cleanliness standards were impeccable, and the breakfast spread offered a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to Lujiazui and easily accessible to transportation options.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the room and common areas always being well-maintained. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the infinity swimming pool and gym with breathtaking views. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, from the attentive service at reception and concierge to the friendly and helpful staff at the Executive Lounge. The location was perfect, with convenient access to early hour shops in the city and easy transportation options.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with staff who were extremely friendly and understanding. They remembered my name and room number from the very first day, making me feel valued and cared for. The location of the hotel was also convenient, especially for those visiting the Expo Centre or wanting to explore the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with the housekeeping staff being very precise and detail-oriented. Additionally, the hotel had fantastic facilities, including a great pool area with an infinity jacuzzi and a stunning view. The Shang Xi restaurant offered perfect service and delicious food. The staff went above and beyond to make my partner's birthday special, leaving a cake, balloons, and a towel "cake" in the room. I was impressed by the level of service and the comfortable and clean accommodations.

The best aspects of this hotel were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, and the staff. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the facilities, particularly the spa and swimming pool, were outstanding. The location, although away from the craziness of downtown by 10 minutes, was perfect as it was in the financial center of the city. The hotel provided convenient transportation options, with a subway station just around the corner. The staff, especially Sheldon in the executive lounge and James in the concierge, were extremely helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable.
