I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and the public areas were clean and inviting. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and the staff in the restaurant were friendly. The hotel bar in the lobby was beautifully decorated. The hotel staff were helpful and provided good information. The hotel is conveniently located next to a fruit shop, convenience stores, and restaurants. It is also near Century Park and SNIEC, making it a great location for exploring this city.

The hotel staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. We were allowed to use the health center to freshen up before our flight. The door staff were great in securing taxis and ensuring fair prices. The bed was comfortable, room clean, and the breakfast diverse. The bar in the hotel was a nice touch. The hotel is close to Century Park and Thumb Plaza with plenty of nearby restaurants and bars.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were polite, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel facilities were excellent. We especially enjoyed the empty swimming pool and the saunas. The breakfast offered a great selection of both Chinese and European food. The location of the hotel, while a little far from the central part of the city, was perfect for our business purposes. This area allowed us to walk the streets when they were not crowded, and there were many nice and cheap restaurants nearby. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness, convenient location near the Shanghai Expo Center and the Middle Yanggao Road Metro station on line 9, close proximity to Pudong airport, and the helpful and friendly staff, especially Alice and her team. The breakfast provided was also excellent.
