The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with spotless rooms and well-maintained common areas. The hotel facilities were impressive, offering a wide range of amenities that catered to all my needs. Additionally, the location of the hotel was superb, conveniently situated near the Kerry Centre and tube stations, making it easy to explore this city.

During my +7 day health monitoring, the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel facilities were exceptional. The location around the area, with its high-end shopping district and numerous restaurants nearby, was very convenient. The transportation options, including nearby metro stations and easy access to taxis, made getting around the city hassle-free.

The staff were incredibly professional and welcoming. The guest relations team prepared incredible decorations and a complimentary bottle of wine for us. We received an upgrade on our room and had full use of all facilities. We were treated like royalty at a time when foreigners are viewed with disdain.
