I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff made me feel like a VIP and the room was absolutely stunning. The location is unbeatable, right on the Bund with all the beautiful lights. I even had a room facing the Bund, which was definitely worth it. The spa team was outstanding, and I had a fantastic massage from a therapist named Apple. The food at the hotel was delicious and the Chinese restaurant was especially impressive. The long bar had live music and I got to meet some talented musicians. The bartender was really friendly too. the staff was incredibly helpful and made my stay truly special.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had luxurious furnishings. The bathroom was stunning with a separate bath and rainforest shower, double sink, and even a television in the mirror. The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in early and providing complimentary breakfast and coffee while we waited. The location was also great, with easy access to the Bund, ferry stop, and popular attractions like the Yuan Yan gardens and Market.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, close to the Old Town, and the hotel staff, especially Astara at the front desk and Lucy, who went out of her way to ensure we had a memorable evening. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
